WE HAVE A HASSLE-FREE 5 DAYS RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our quality and customer service makes sure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional, but for any reason if you would like to return or exchange your order, just message us on Instagram or Whatsapp us at +923308490463.

Our Customer Service Team will assist for a smooth return/exchange process.

RETURN POLICY:

1) The return or exchange request must be processed within 5 days of receiving the order.

2) The cost and responsibility of returning our order to the facility will be borne by the customer with shipping receipt provided to our Customer Service Team.

3) The items must not be damaged.

4) The refund amount will be transferred in your bank account after we have received and inspected the product. It cannot be paid in cash due to policies of logistics companies.

Note: In case of any significant damage to the plant or planter during shipping to the customer, do not worry, we will send you a REPLACEMENT!
