We deliver all across Pakistan.
What are your Delivery Charges?
Our Delivery Charges for orders below Rs 4,999/- is Rs 200 and for orders above Rs 4,999/- is Rs 300 all across Pakistan.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Within Karachi orders get delivered within 2-3 working days. However, outside Karachi it takes around 5-7 working days to get the order delivered.
How are the Plants delivered?
The plant and pot are all packed separately because we can't dispatch the plant all set, they get damaged through courier that way.Â
How do we set the plants?
There are 3 easy steps of setting up any plant. We also share video with the customer or guide them on call on how to setup the plant if they require any help.
Can I Return the product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order you can send the product back to us and claim your refund by providing your bank details once we have received the product back.
